Orders

An order is confirmed once you receive our confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel orders in case of pricing errors or stock issues — you will always be notified and refunded in full.

Prices & payment

All prices are shown in the displayed currency. Available payment methods are shown at checkout. For bank transfers, orders ship after the payment arrives.

Delivery

Delivery estimates are shown at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, but we will always help you track down a late parcel.

Returns

You may return unused items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. See our Shipping & Returns page for the full procedure.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.
